About Saad El-Din Petroleum Gases Company (ASPI Gas) and its Achievements:

- Saad El-Din Petroleum Gases Company (ASPI Gas) is the first private sector company in the Arab Republic of Egypt specializing in LPG cylinder filling. It was established in 1985 in the Dakahlia Governorate and began production in the same year.
- The ASPI Gas plant was the first filling plant in the Arab Republic of Egypt and the Middle East to use electronic scales in 2000.
- The plant is equipped with the latest safety and advanced fire systems, and all production processes are computer-controlled.
- Trained teams of engineers and supervisors are on duty 24 hours a day.
- Our investments to date have reached approximately 35 million Egyptian pounds, due to significant expansions at the factory to cover a wider distribution area and increase the available production capacity to 50,000 cylinders per day.
- In 2003, the company achieved the highest level of production and distribution among factories in the Republic (public and private sectors) of similar capabilities.
- We obtained the international quality certificate (ISO 9001:2000), making us the first company in the field of liquefied gas filling to be awarded ISO certification in quality management systems (a copy of the certificate is attached, dated 2002).
- We established and managed the first production line for empty steel cylinders in partnership with the Arab Organization for Industrialization, with cylinder production being carried out by the private sector in 1995.
- We have partnered with major international companies specializing in gas cylinder filling, such as the Danish company Kosan Cresplant (specializing in the manufacture and installation of electronic filling equipment), the German company Estal (specializing in electrical work and automation), and the Italian company Bevilacqua (specializing in gas and fire lines and alarm systems).
- We have sent our factory engineers on overseas training missions to contribute to the transfer of the latest expertise and the adoption of global technologies in the field of gas cylinder filling.
- We have manufactured the necessary production equipment for operational processes and planned and constructed factories to obtain a high-quality local product capable of competing globally.
- The company has produced some of the necessary equipment in the field of packaging using Egyptian expertise and technology, based on our belief in providing equipment with Egyptian hands and eliminating the need for imports.
- Some of our company's products include: (steam plastic melting machine, base and shield straightening machine, air plastic melting machine, filling gun, leakage testing device, line and section assembly, filling telescopes, and mobile trays). We are still in the process of manufacturing other equipment.
- All necessary tests were conducted by specialized professors at the Technical, Practical, and Laboratory Services Center, Faculty of Engineering, Mansoura University, to ensure compliance with Egyptian standard specifications. (Certificate images attached).
- We are agents for the Turkish company KAYA in the field of LPG cylinder filling plant equipment.
